THE BEST DENTAL PRACTICE EVER IN EVERY WAY!!!!! I have been taken care of and treated like close family friends by Dr. Cynthia Brooks and hygienist Sheri for over 15 years!!!!! I LOVE seeing them for regular cleanings and any other dental need! I am not kidding it is as enjoyable and relaxing as going to the beach!!!!! These incredible healthcare pros and their support staff Jo, Jenne, Amy and Melissa perform scheduling and technology miracles daily and the entire team are the friendliest, kindest, most gentle and supremely skilled professionals I have ever had the great fortune of finding and I had at least four other dentists and two orthodontists since I was 10 years old! Dr. Brooks also understands sensitivity issues which is a HUGE and crucial health issue for many people like me! I have moderate multiple chemical sensitivity (or MCS) and these practioners will take that all-important extra TIME to listen and adapt processes to their patient's needs. They ask patients to offer feedback with no worry of being judged or "interrupting" no matter how big or small the issue! This practice literally saved my life for instance by introducing me to and teaching me how to use my electric toothbrush which stopped my gum recession! JM

I was disappointed that after changing insurance, we were not made aware that they aren't participating providers. We were very clear that our family's insurance was changing. However, AFTER my wife completed her cleaning, they hit us with my son's unpaid sealant bill and the cost of cleaning. They never sent the unpaid sealant bill in the mail, which was many months prior to my wife's cleaning. Seems like a little dishonesty in the billing methods. Their response to me was: "you didn't specifically ask if we are participating providers."

I have been a patient of Gilrain, Brooks and Crowder for many years, but life got busy and I did not get my regular cleanings. Finally after 5 years(!) I scheduled a cleaning with Mimi. She was great! Not only was she gentle, (my teeth had a lot of plaque build up) she made me feel comfortable and answered any questions or concerns I had, and didn't make me feel terribly guilty for neglecting my checkups. I just loved her and would highly recommend her for cleanings. I also met with Nellie Crowder and liked her very much as well as I usually see Dr. Gilrain. One highly satisfied patient!! Thanks Gilrain, Brooks and Crowder and especially Mimi!!

Dr. Gilrain and his staff are TOP notch, from the cleanliness of the office, to the professionalism of the staff. You always get the feeling that they care about you and want the best for you. I don't think I've ever had to wait more than 4 minutes in the waiting room -- they have never run late in the 12 years we've been with them. If Dr. Gilrain recommends a procedure, you can feel confident that there's good reason for it and that he's not taking your time and expense lightly. He and his staff are always very patient with as many questions as you have, and take the time to answer them fully, yet in a way that a layperson can understand. Our whole family uses this practice for all our dental needs and we highly recommend them without reservation.

Been seeing Dr, Gilrain for almost 30 years now. I have always been pleased with the care I have received,. Staff is professional and very friendly! My child, now an adult, continues to go there as well.
