Dr Wallace was more than expected from an oral surgeon, so caring and compassionate. I highly recommend him for any oral surgery needs. His staff was very professional and friendly too!

My family Dentist found a cyst or tumor with a routine X-Ray located on or near an impacted wisdom tooth in my lower left jaw. He recommended I find a good Oral Surgeon to have this tooth removed and to have a biopsy done on the area in question. To make a long story short, I did a lot of research on local Oral Surgeons in the DFW area. Doing research on Doctors has now become common practice with me as I am about to turn 73. Fortunately, I do have a daughter who is an RN and is married to a MD and they are very helpful with this type research even though they live and work in another State. Dr John Wallace was selected as all my research indicators strongly pointed to him. After the surgery and recovery period, it became very clear why the research showed that Dr Wallace would be an excellent choice. All aspects of this procedure turned out to be exactly as he predicted and much better than I expected.
If you are in need of oral surgery, then there are only two words you need to remember … John Wallace!

I would never tell anyone I know to go here. I wish I had been warned before my appointment. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. The Staff cared to make me feel special and appreciated.
I do not believe the Doctor showed enough attention to detail, which I think is very important. I had wisdom teeth removed at age 39 and it was the worst decision I have ever made. I was referred to Dr. Wallace from Dr. Fonville. I am still having drainage problems and have been to two ENT Dr.s after going back to Dr. Wallace twice.

Regretfully in less than twelve months they are saying I need another surgery to remove infection.

I understand this is a business but scheduling a large number surgeries daily is not always a badge of honor. Sometimes we get so used to the routine we forget the importance of small things and personal touch.

I went through college as a two sport athlete never having to have any surgery and the first time I do I have major problems and limited help through the surgery complications.

I hope this encourages some one else to ask more questions than I did. Get extra opinions on your procedures. What seems routine can sometimes go wrong.
