One of the first things I noticed about this business was the building was handicap-accessible. All my questions were answered, and I felt a lot more confident about the entire procedure and postoperative expectations. The procedure took about the same amount of time that they told me. I even showed up early and they were ready and prepared. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. The staff was professional, kind and very helpful.
