I was a little worried about having my wisdom teeth removed, but they made me feel very good about it. Very nice staff, and the dentist is very good. Everyone in the office is very nice, helpful, and understanding. I ended up getting dry sockets after the removal, and even though they were booked, they managed to squeeze me in, so I didn't have to continue to sit in pain. The office is very clean and organized. It was a bit difficult to find the office on my first visit, but that's because my GPS was messed up. I would recommend this dental office in the future. They are very nice, and very good at what they do. :)

My daugher is having her wisdom teeth cut out next week. We went in for our consult, and loved the doctor and staff. He answered all our questions, and the front office staff was VERY helpful with insurance questions, and what we would be expected to pay. We were very pleased with what we saw, and how everyone treated us. We were disappointed to hear that they did not take down payments, and then arrange payment schedules, but they did tell us about an option that worked for us.

First off, if you need a oral surgeon, Dr Billman is by far the best you can get. I dont have the best oral health currently and had a infection on a root of a molar that had to be removed. After 2 days of no sleep, i called at 12pm and they got me in for a emergency appt at 2. i called others in the area and they couldnt get me till the next day or even 2 days later. The wait time was low too even though i was being shuffled in with normal clients as well. After the xray was done promptly we knew the tooth had to be removed. I work in construction so taking more days off isnt good. So he was going to do it late in the afternoon. But when i got to the payment window she informed me that Dr Billman was going to get it taken care of right then so i wouldn't miss more work. i am very afraid of dentist, Dr Billmans Bed side manner was some of the best i have ever had. His calm tone and warm words made the whole process so much easier. He let me know what he was doing and kept me informed as the procedure happened. I wish more medical professionals could be like Dr Billman. Please if you ever need any oral surgery done, Don't hesitate to see Dr Billman!!!
