Dr. Feldman is an excellent dentist! I had the privilege of receiving care from him on several occasions. He is a very kind and soft-spoken professional who takes the time to explain procedures that a patient will receive. His staff is kind, informed and extremely professional when they interact with patients. The office is clean. His credentials are prominently displayed. He is a true professional! After the procedure, the patient will be contacted to ensure that the patient is doing well. At that time, in addition to having received written instructions for post-op care, the patient is able ask questions and receive answers reinforcing the proper steps of post-op care. I would recommend this dentist and his staff to my loved ones and friends.
My visit to Red Bank OMS was twice now a financial disastor. After being promised TWICE for two seperate cases both times the office came after me personally for services they either did not render or did so with the understanding that insurance would cover their services. Whats worse is that the office refused to work with me regarding the bill and rather than try and work out a payment plan they sought a judgement against me in court. Adding insult to injury after securing the judgement they accepted a settlement amounting to half the entire balance. It was almost as if they had a vendetta against me for some strange reason. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE USING THIS RED BANK OMS, TOTAL RIP OFFS.I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. One of the first things I noticed about this business was that they were not handicap-accessible and offered no means for handicapped individuals to enter the building. There were barriers everywhere making it practically impossible to get in the front door. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money.
