I called the office , answered by a rude receptionist and setup the appointment for coming week anyway since my relative was in real pain.
When I went on the appointment day, she retracted and said the appointment was not on that particular day but next week. She was rude again and hung up. What a waste of time.

Doctors seem to have a huge ego. We missed one appointment and the doctor refused to give another appointment.

This is the second time I have used this office and both times the same dentist. Things have really changed. The first time I had a tooth pulled the Dr. Kahn was friendly and took time to explain what was going on. This time it couldn't have been more different. I had a wisdom tooth pulled on a Thursday. The bleeding was worse than I expected and when I called to ask a question the receptionist acted as if I was bothering her. I had to return for a second visit as the pain was getting worse. Winds up I had bone fragments left over. Dr. Kahn had overbookefd (he was working on another patient at the same time) and was rushing. He offered no topical anesthetic to ease the pain of the injections I needed. When I asked for it he practically scoffed, as if I was out of my mind for wanting it. When he began to work and I complained that I wasn't numb, he informed me "Yes you are." Didn't know he could feel my pain. He was obviously rushing and I was causing him to take extra time. Horrible! Overall experience-tI wouldnt go back of refer the practice. They barely gave me any information at all about follow up. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I will absolutely be recommending them to my friends and family.
