Still using snail-mail to file insurance claims; really delays getting reimbursed. Been almost 2 weeks and insurance company has not received my claim yet.

I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism.

They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. They rushed me out the door, It seemed like they couldn't wait for me to leave. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if he had used gas or valium, which he refused to use. He is arrogant and uncaring. The equipment is archaic. He is in a hurry to get the procedure overwith so he can make more money. Awful experience!!
