Finding Novak Orthodontics has been one of the best things that have happened to me since I transferred here from Memphis, Tennessee for work. My disability presented a challenge for me to find a provider that could give me treatment and work with my disabilities. From the front desk to Dr. Novak herself, their professionalism and caring nature I found to be encouraging. Dr. Novak shared with me that she has a relative with a disability and offered to share some additional resources in the area that I might benefit from. Novak Orthodontics is more than just about treating the teeth it is about treating the person. I would strongly suggest to anyone thinking about getting braces that they make sure to see Novak Orthodontics!!!

I was a patient at Novak orthodontics for 4 years and never once had a problem with my treatment or the doctor. The staff was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable to receive my treatment. If I ever had an emergency they were able to get me right in. They also had very convenient hours and I hardly ever had a problem finding an appointment time. I will definitely bring my children here and recommend this office to my friends and family!!

DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY INTO NOVAK ORTHODONTICS! I've been going to Novak for over four years. In that time, I've NEVER had an appointment on time. I show up 30 minutes early to my appointment, and my appointment starts at least 15 minutes after the appointment was suppose to be at.

You can NEVER get an appointment when you want one. They have taken in too many kids that you can't schedule an appointment when you're supposed to or when it's convenient for you -- example: like if they tell you, you need to schedule an appointment in four weeks, you can't get one until 6 weeks because they're booked. And Novak is not even open on Mondays, which would fix this entire problem if they were open!!

You also have to wait a long time when your appointment eventually starts. My appointments are around 40-60 minutes long because I have to wait for Dr Novak to come look at my teeth. If she were to focus on one patient at a time, they would each be out in less than 20 minutes. Instead, I wait in the chair and play on my phone until she comes to me.

I'm getting my braces off soon and I can tell that my teeth aren't straight. Novak says she's all about perfection with your teeth, but for me personally, it doesn't feel like that at all. Novak orthodontics does NOT make their patients feel special at all. Personally, I feel like another paycheck to them.

As a patient who has experienced their service, I would never recommend Novak Orthodontics to anybody. In fact, I complain about them on a daily basis to my friends and family. And many parents have asked me about Novak (if they should take their own kids there) and I convince them not to. Any other orthodontists is better than this one.

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional
