It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help.
