I was very impressed by the friendliness and the overall fun atmosphere of the Orthodontics by Design office. The staff was knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. I would strongly recommend this practice for a comfortable orthodontics experience.

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Friendly, polite, and incredibly welcoming are just some of the words I would use to describe them. They are just amazing.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

I am about to travel to New York City for school, and am going full-force into the fashion and beauty industry. I currently am a makeup professional in a suburb outside of Boston, and look forward to pursuing my career in the city. One thing all of my makeup clients mention when they talk to me is, unfortunately... my teeth.

The beauty industry is definitely tough to be in! Especially since your skin and hair can look fabulous, but it means NOTHING unless you have the smile to back it up. I used to have braces, but when I got them off I NEVER wore my retainers. The result? Crooked, spaced-out, and coffee-stained teeth.

Okay, maybe coffee-stained wasn't the retainers' fault.

I sought out Dr. Gangoy after seeing her ad in Northshore Magazine (where she was rated as one of the best orthodontists of the Northshore). I immediately gave her a call, and she sat down with me and discussed the option of iBraces. These lingual braces are placed on the backs of your teeth, are customized by laser robots, and are invisible to other people. They seemed a little too good to be true.

My appointment was around three hours long (after my initial appointment for impressions and X-Rays). Thanks to the fabulous team of young ladies and the lovely Dr. Gangoy, I was perfectly comfortable and confident by my time out the door. After a short adjustment period, I am enjoying my braces (as much as one can really ENJOY braces). I can't wait to see my smile, and can't wait to feel really beautiful again, thanks to Orthodontics by Design.
