The doctors appear to be well informed and know their stuff. However, the practices they employ leave room for improvement. While I was being examined, the doctor casually recommended I get a test, and casually neglected to mention how ridiculously expensive the test would be. I didn't ask for the test, didn't indicate I needed the test, had no desire to get the test when I walked into the office, and absolutely would not have agreed to the test if I had been informed of the outrageous cost. This practice of up-selling without full disclosure of why and price is underhanded as far as I am concerned.
