If you like to be taken advantage of and watch a rude doctor yell and treat her staff terrible then this is the place to go. She is only about herself and cares nothing about her patients....... DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!

We are having an AWEFUL experience with this orthodontist, I wish we had made a different choice. They were fantastic when they were trying to get our business, but now with every appointment it gets worse.

When Dr. Harmon is in a good mood (not very often) then the staff is fine. But if she is not, then everyone is rude, snotty and act very mad at the patients, parents and each other.

Dr. Harmon aslo belttles the technicians right in front of the patient ~ humilitating a poor girl, who I believe is new.

I had several dentists tell me not to go to her, but our initial visit and plan for treatment was so wonderful.

I will absolutely return. I had an good experience. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to courteous.

I have 2 kids that participate in the Smiles Change Lives program and Heidi graciously took both! She has been nothing but professional, caring, and gracious. My daughter came in with some serious issues and embarassed by what she called "vampire teeth". She put together a plan to expand her mouth and keep all of her teeth. The results have been incredible and she is so proud of the changes and is anxiously looking forward to getting them off. The staff is wonderful. Everytime we go they get the kids in and out with virtually no wait. The office is clean and comfortable. They are extremely considerate of trying to keep the appointments together so that we don't have to schedule extra.

Heidi, I really can't tell you what this gift has meant and will mean for me and my kids. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!
