I took my daughter to this place to remove her wisdom teeth. There are not too many places you can go when you have all kids insurance. So when you walk in this place you can tell its for poor people. If you are a walk in you might have to wait for many, many hours, but with an appointment we had to wait maybe 35 to 40 minutes. They took us into this really tiny room which looked like it was last renovated in the 1950's. Everything is old and dirty. I was really upset until the doctor came in. He was the only one who seemed somewhat nice. He explained everything very nice to me and my daughter. After he was done with the surgery, they put my daughter in this disgusting recovery room. At this point no one came anymore to check on my daughter. They just told me to stay for 15 minutes and to replace the gauze in her mouth. I had to beg for gloves so I didn't have to use my germy hands to touch my daughters mouth. The technicians were not carrying and friendly at all. I felt we are at a butchers place. I do have to say though the doctor came out to me and told me that everything went really well and what we should do when we get home. When we were ready to leave I ask if they had a wheel chair because my daughter wasn't feeling well and barely could stand up. But she said in a very firm way, NO she has to walk her self. No one even would help me to open the door and walk us to the car. So overall it was really bad but I guess I am still really grateful because the doctor was really nice and did a great job,which is the most important thing. So I give 5 stars to the doctor and 0 stars to the technicians.

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

Yes, I had to wait quite a while

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

I give this office two thumbs way up!!!!!!! i am terrified of the dentist but when coming here i felt comfrontable relax knowing my care was in good hands. my daughter will not let any other dentist touch her mouth, thanks to the whole staff for doing such a great job .

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.
