I would not recommend this orthodontist because my brackets broke off twice right after the appointment and I had to wait an extra four months to get my braces off on top of the three months they promised me was left. They never had appointments available and I don't like to miss school and they only have appointments during school. Doctor Kemp is a really good doctor but he's never there or he's there and another doctor is working on me. It would take them at least a week to find an appointment to replace my brackets.

The two problems I have with them are appointment availability and the cost. I really don't like to take my freshmen son out of school and, for certain types of appointments, they will not do the work after school.

A piece of his braces came off a month ago and they can't see him until November. (We're into October now.)

They flat out said that they need to see the most patients as possible after school and they limit this type of work. Well, he can't wear his rubber bands until this is fixed.

As for the costs, they price this stuff by some inflated number and come up with a monthly price to pay - none of it seemingly rooted in terms of their effort.

The costs are a secondary issue as I agreed to the costs, but the appointment issue is a pain and I'm wondering if they are going to hit us with more costs at the back end because it's taking longer - even though it's their policies that are making it take longer.
