This is a big business orthodontist. While I was satisfied with my daughter's treatment; we had trouble getting her appointments and several times, including after her treatment was done and payments made in full they took money out of my account. The last payment mistakenly taken out was 3/19. It is now 4/24, I have called three times and STILL no refund. If one of my other children needs braces I will NOT be coming back.

Assembly line full of crooks. Go there if you want to be able to go certain days of the week. They will sock you for the full amount they can in exchange for a free toothbrush. When they find out what your insurance is they will get as much as they can. McOrthodonics

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how new the building was. They really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They were polite enough, but I wasn't overly impressed. They were not unspeakably rude, crass, and abrasive and my daughter was okay with most of the staff. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional, the doctors there are on track and did a good job. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in depending on who was working.
Some employees went out of the way to be nice others did not. The prices were fair. I had a credit on my account for 6 months before we finished the braces. My insurance paid and they continued to take payments out of my account until I got the notice of payment from my insurance company and called them. Now, it's like I am pulling teeth to get my money back. The level of enter office communication is not great. The level of care you get for the price is pretty good.

Be sure to check around at other offices on pricing!! This office will charge the maximum they can get no matter what the treatment plan is!! They are all about the profit and very little about doing the right thing!! We received treatment for my older son 2 years ago when it was still Pickron and didn't think twice about returning beacuse we received excellent treatment there and the price was fair, but when we received the treatment plan from Family Orthodontics for the exact same treatment on my youngest son we were shocked that they were charging double what we paid at Pickron!! Shame you Family Orthodonics for your greediness!!
