I will never refer Dr. Ali to anyone, ever. She should be taken off the list of referrals for Linden Oaks. She seemed so great when I first met her when I was in inpatient. but once I got out and had to meet her at her office everything changed. first of all, you can never get ahold of the office at normal business hours, i ended up playing phone tag with them way too many times to count. Secondly, the environment is very cold. not appealing or comforting in the least. You sit in a room with a way too loud TV that you are not allowed to touch so you can't even hear yourself think. and you sit, and wait, and wait, until your appt is about 45 min past when FINALLY your name gets announced over the loud speaker. Yes, a loud speaker. Dr. Ali doesn't even take a second to get up behind her huge cluttered desk to invite you in her office, instead, the very loud, obnoxious, speaker invites you in the room. where she is still just seated and has you shut your own door. her office is a disaster. I saw her more than 20 times and not once did she bother to clean up the place. Documents, files, EVERYWHERE. The same ones plus more usually. Then we would begin our appt. after 45 min of waiting, you would expect to see her for a while, but not the case. You see her for a total of 5 min. Where she doesn't once make eye contect with you. Is just clicking around on her computer(s) and scribbling notes onto the pad. Which you might find comforting, maybe thinking, "oh hey, she's really listening, she's even taking notes". Again, not the case. You can tell her you stopped taking one of the medications she prescribed to you and she will say "uh huh" and move on to the next question. then next week she will ask you again how that same prescription is working for you. Like HELLO i just told you last time i was no longer taking that prescription. and then she doesn't even seem concerned that I am not taking it... So why was i prescribed it in the first place? then i leave and talk to myself about how much i hate wasting my time and money there. So i finally did something and fired her. Its a good feeling!

. They should have looked into my medical background before they recommended a treatment plan. They didn't know or care about it at all. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. Dr. Ali never had the time to listen to my history and issues and mostly answered her own questions ignoring my answers. My visits with her resulted in a grossly inaccurate medical record and subsequent significant mental trauma. I would not recommend Dr. Kishwar Ali to anybody for any reason.

Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. When I asked questions I was treated as if I was disrespecting her experience. She treated my daughter for over a year but never ever even followed up with the list of people she was given who could have given her some insight into the dishonesty she was getting from her patient. She was more than happy to accept lies and simply write an Rx. My daughter subsequently made no progress. Eventually I transfered her to an in-program in Indiana.

I have seen Dr. Ali for several years and have been very satisfied in all aspects. The office communicates well and I never sit in the waiting room for long.

They did a very thorough investigation of my medical history to make sure that I would receive the most beneficial treatment. I felt like they really cared about me. Their prices were very affordable, and they told me before my appointment how much I could expect to pay. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

Eh, coming back to it. You were wrong and your treatment was harmful.

I don't think there's any good way to say it. Sorry.
