When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I've heard of a few psychiatrists that took personal phone calls during appointments, and I always thought that was so rude. Thankfully, they've never done that here. Their full attention is always completely on me. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
