I took my son here for a second opinion and he saw Doctor Herrero. He explained everything to us in detail. I am very pleased with the service we received . He seems a very kind and fun doctor, my son left the office very happy.

Another great visit with Dr. Ferrer. The office staff is very nice and this is the best orthodontist around. I highly recommend this office to everyone looking for an orthodontist.

The service was excellent! Getting braces is always a difficult ordeal but the people were extremely gentle, and the woman I worked with talked me through it the whole way so I knew what was going on. The people are extremely friendly and helpful, especially in tough situations and procedures.

I went for braces as an adult. The experience was much different then I had expected. It was a common goal shared with younger people....a bigger, better smile. Eastside Orthodontics has a wonderful ambiance, somehow a combination of professional, comfortable and a little bit of fun.

My son is being treated for the same overbite I had as a kid. I was impressed and delighted with the short amount of time Daniel had to wear the spreading bridge attached to his upper jaw. I remember wearing mine forever. His did the job and was out in a jiffy. I have continued to be impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of this office and will continue to recommend it to everyone.

I had a great result. Very happy with my smile. The course of treatment went exactly as was stated in my initial consult. My only complaint was that patients always have to wait beyond their appointment time to be taken in. This was not too extreme, usually within 15 min although several times was closer to a 30 min wait. On the opposite end of the spectrum, I was also accommodated when I had an issue and needed to be seen on short notice without an appointment. Dr Ferrer is a pleasure and knows exactly what she is doing. I would recommend your office to anyone who asks.

Our 10-year-old Sam adores Dr. Ferrer and the entire Eastside Orthodontics office. The front office staff is so kind, professional and welcoming, not to mention the fresh baked cookies and the wonderful selection of coffee and tea for me! Dr. Ferrer and her orthodontics team have done an amazing job with Sam's teeth -- he went from a severe overbite to straight teeth in only a year. Fantastic results. He is wearing a retainer now and is sad that he only goes twice a year instead of more frequently when he had his braces. Dr. Ferrer is always fully invested in Sam - she cares about what he has to say and always makes him feel great about himself and the progress we are making with his teeth. Eastside also has a wonderful incentive program for the children, where they can earn points towards prizes by taking care of their teeth and appliances, getting good grades at school, etc. etc. You will have a great all-around experience with Dr. Ferrer and Eastside Orthodontics!
