My review concerns Dr Shea's staff. My insurance was verified both with his office and my insurance company. I transferred all the necessary documents concerning tests and MRI's. I filled out the pre-registration form in detail which included my insurance information. The office called to confirm my appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early. My appointment was refused because he did not accept my insurance.

Unbelievable! My appointment should never have confirmed in the first place. I had a great deal of time and energy invested in this appointment including an hour commute.

Would not recommend.
receptionist was curt;
was there for 2.5 hours,
45 minute wait to be tested.
Spent only 4 minutes with Doctor,
quickest examination ever.
He was brusk, hurried.
Told us he would give us information
and prescription before we left,
but did not.
Overpriced.

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
