This dentist's staff are the most incompetent bunch I have ever seen in one office. My wife got a dental implant done and had to get it uncovered. They failed to inform her of her anesthesia options, gave her IV sedation and made her sign the release with an IV needle in her arm. Then they blatantly denied this ever happened and lied to me about why insurance would not cover it, saying they had no procedure code to submit it for payment. When I called the insurance company and had them talk to the secretary in front of me on the speaker phone, I heard a completely different story. We have filed complaints to four different regulatory agencies and are now in the process of suing them for malpractice, failure to disclose patient rights, and emotional and financial damage from having to pay for unnecessary anesthesia and abusive treatment.
