Great experience with Proliance! The doctors and staff are wonderful. Dr. Mike and his staff have been exceptional in diagnosing and addressing my son’s medical needs. They are knowledgeable and patient in explaining the difficulties he was having and clearly providing the treatment options available to him. Would highly recommend!

"Dr. Mike", as he likes to be called, is a terrible doctor. He does not listen to his patients, and when he does take note, he does it in a condescending manner, indirectly insulting the patient's intelligence. The only language he understands is cash, and he will milk you for as long as he can, postponing a diagnosis, presumably until you run out of money paying for his $230 office visits, which are glorified lectures. The staff, as well as the good doctor, take forever to get a refill in, and unless they hand you a prescription on paper, also take forever to send in the prescription. Instead of listening to what the patient wants, he types away on his laptop and laughs at answers. He will lie in order to not be seen as the bad guy, but deep inside, he doesn't care. He also NEVER comes out in time for an appointment, but oh boy, does he end an appointment on time. As soon as your half-hour is up, he will ask for the money. I understand he needs to make a living, but he refuses to devote a single second more to a patient than he has to. If you want someone who's very understanding and will devote enough time to you, go next door to Dr. Jeff. They work together, but it's obvious that Dr. Jeff Kranzler cares about his patients, and will devote a little extra time if you truly need it. Dr. Mike is just an excuse to spend $230 on a condescending lecture.
