My experience with this office can only be described as poor
My appointment was to see the doctor but instead I was seen by a PA
This was disappointing but it gets better. I asked about a small blemish. The PA said it was nothing but asked if I wanted it removed anyway. I said no. A minute later she asked me again are you sure you don't want me to remove that? it'll only take a half a second. I said ok. I received a $150 bill for the 1/10th sec. nitrous squirt.
I made four phone calls to this office requesting an adjustment.
I finally received a phone call from Dr. Chang. He said he understands but buyer beware and refused to offer any credit.

my sister and my daughter where told they covered our insurance. When we got the bills, the office staff told us they had never said that. Now they want to put us into collections. We have nothing in writing. They where rude and totally denied it. . The doctor is great, but his office staff are liars. They made a mistake and put it on us.

Fantastic doctor, hands down. If you need to see a dermatologist in South Florida just go see Dr. Chang. I always feel comfortable in his office and I am always impressed with his thoroughness and professionalism.

It was my first visit to a dermatologist and having to strip made me nervous. But the nurse was in the room and the physician was totally professional as he examined, with binoculars, every inch of my body. One spot was cause for concern and they burned it off immediately, answering all my questions and providing helpful information about preventive care. I was so impressed with the thoroughness and professionalism that I have recommeded Dr. Chang to a friend, who also was pleased with the practice, and am taking my son for advise on a wart problem.
