Dr. Atul was actively rude to other patients in the waiting room. After the visit, we had an emergency and it took him four days to return a phone call. Before I could finish speaking, Dr. Atul hung up on me, mid sentence (about 25 seconds into the call) and said he would just get the information from the hospital. His PA, Mike, was terribly rude and sarcastic in a subsequent phone call. When I told him that we had had trouble getting a follow up appointment (their office cancelled us twice, and one time, allowed us to show up to an office with no doctor or PA present), he said, "That's not my problem, I've got a full schedule, talk to the office staff" and literally dropped the phone receiver.

This doctor is a jerk. He is very combative in his questioning and his judgment of what he believes is your issue. He makes this judgement in about 2 min of meeting you. If he can make this decision in that speed then he should be teaching his magic in a school. The other staff in his practice are much nicer and open to listening. It is odd that the others work with this man.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
