My daughter has been seeing Dr. Lerner for two years for depression. She has developed a good rapport with him, as have I. He is very approachable, and explains how the medications work that he is prescribing. He checks up with her on a regular basis and has recommended changing medications when something doesn't appear to be working well. He returns calls promptly and is very helpful when prescriptions need refilling, changing, etc.
We are very satisfied with the care he has provided and will continue to see him as needed.

Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

I was left alone for awhile, but it wasn't too long
Does this provider maintain a professional appearance?
Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional
