Dr Schoonmaker is a fantastic doctor. He is one of the few doctors that actually listens to you and understands. He has been treating virtually my whole family for years. I have a pre-existing condition that I have had since birth and he took the time to listen to me and what I know works for it. Rather than have me go through dozens of medical tests as all the other doctors I have attempted to see in my life. I have since moved out of the State but pay more in insurance costs so that I am able to travel to see him for my annual visits. He is an amazing Doctor and I recommend him to anyone that asks. ( Even those out of state!)

I like this doctor. He is excellent and always give great treatment. I do not however share the same view for the people that handle appointments. I recently tried to make an appointment for my son to receive a TDAP shot. I wanted to avoid the crowds at the public clinics..and the high cost of getting the shot at the "Minute Clinic". I was told I could not make an appointment unless I scheduled a physical for my son. I don't understand that at all. I don't think the doctor would agree with the appointment desk if he knew what was going on. I am very frustrated now that I know I can't even bring my son in for a simple shot.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

No, but I can always find a seat

I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible
