Dr. Kaufman performed Mohs surgery (totally successful on the first attempt, btw), which left a 2 inch circular hole in the middle of my forehead. Dr. Kaufman expertly sewed this up, and within 3 weeks, you cannot tell there's a scar, unless you pull out a magnifying glass. This guy not only aced the surgery, but he's a magician when it comes to repair. They waiting room is comfy, with the best chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my results. The staff is very friendly and professional; I felt welcome. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Dr. Kaufman is really on top of things. He told me about some of the latest treatments available. I felt totally confident I was taken care of by the right professional.

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had with a doctor or staff. Consultation, surgery and recovery were flawless. If Mohs surgery is necessary, I highly recommend this facility.

Dr. Kaufman is off the charts! He gets right down to buisness and he staff makes you feel as you are oart of the family.

Noticed a black spot on the upper portion of my back that suddenly showed up overnight. Made an appointment with Dr. Kaufman right away for fear of skin cancer. Being very afraid of needles my anxiety level was through the roof. The nurse that took me into a room immediately reasured me that I was in good hands. Dr. Kaufman advised me he would be doing a biopsy of the area and explained what he was doing every step of the way. I thought I would feel the prick of the needle that he used to numb the area but all I felt what they used to clean the area and before I knew it my procedure that I was freaking out about was done in the blink of an eye. KUDOS to Dr. Kaufman and his lovely staff!! Good people!!

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I have been in health care for 45 plus years and have worked in different countries. Dr. Kaufman provides outstanding care, I would and do recommend him unreservably to anyone who wants to be cared for by the best.
