Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

Yes, but it didn't bother me much

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients.. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. . I appreciate the fact that this doctor cares about patient comfort.

i am completely unsatisfied with my rt. breast.''
before i go on....all the other work he did for me. was wonderful...thats important
you know that.
he was trying to replace the implant ..due to a infection..i was told i needed to rest the area for 6 months
then he would continue the surgery..and put in another implant.
then he has a fall..a injury ..and needed to retire.
i was sent to another plastic surgeon. who did the worst work i have ever seen.
its been several years..and i look worse than a cancer pt..with a misplaced implant.
plus i have pain and pulling under my arm.
so my complaint is really about ....the second surgeon..dr. wheeler.
this doctor did not care..how i looked or felt. he is sure he did the right thing.
..unless i want to try -someone else..i will have to live like this.
already i have spent 14k on my ...now....rt deformed breast.
