I went for breast reconstruction after having breast cancer. Dr. Lim would say he would do one thing and then do another. He made a MESS of my reconstruction and I had to go see another doctor to try to get it straightened out. I had to have a 3rd surgery because Dr. Lim didn't do what he should have, His assistant will say he is a perfectionist but that is not true at all. His methods are out dated. I think he just cares about the money. All he did was want me to come back for procedure after procedure so he could get paid! I would not recommend him to anyone!

I am very frustrated with Dr. Lim's staff person in charge of contacting her insurance company, in this case MediCal. The employee delayed and delayed contacting her insurance to the point, that after many, many calls, I was crying in frustration. In addition I was frustrated about a very high charge of $380 for a short consultation visit with Dr. Lim.

I am greatly saddened that this negligence is being glossed over by Sutter Medical Group. I pray that, at the very least, this incident serves to help correct these shortcomings.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Yes they gave me a cost estimate

No, they didn't wear any cologne

They didn't give me any written information, but they informed me about their policies

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
