The restrooms here are not well-stocked. My stall had no toilet paper so I had to use a toilet seat cover. What a horrible experience... complete dissatisfaction with this entire office. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day.

I definitely liked how many treatment options I was presented with here. They didn't recommend surgery too quickly and really wanted to try other treatments first. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. Let me just say, I was pretty shocked that this business was in such a bad neighborhood. It's not what I was expecting when I made the appointment and I did not feel safe.

Dr Gordon Ordered a CT Scan and neglected to say which kind of CT Scan for the technition to do. I spent 45 minutes on a cold table with a contrast needle in my arm while the technition tried to locate Dr. Gordon to clarify which test to perform. This was inexcusable and should never happen to a patient by an experienced doctor! He also has a terrible Dr. in the same practice with him named Sreven J. Blatchford who committed an act of torture with an outdated Radio Frequency machine, that is no longer used by the better ENT doctors!
