Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored.

No, this didn't even look like a pediatrician's office

No, they didn't show any sympathy or concern

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
