THIS DOCTOR IS CHARGING FOR REFILLS. I AM REPORTING HIM TODAY. HE ALSO CHARGES FOR "PAIN CLASSES" BUT NEVER TELLS YOU WHERE THEYRE BEING HELD SO NO ONE GOES. HIS CLERKS ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NEVER GIVE HIM YOUR MESSAGES. THEY THINK THEYRE GATE KEEPERS.

This Office is charging for refills, that's very illegal. He also charges for pain classes with a person that is not certified to teach these classes.
The nurse practitioner is never available to call back.
Office personnel never gives the doctor or nurse your messages!!!

Dr. Ruben was kind and congenial, direct and interested. He asked questions and ordered labs. Then he studied the labs and based on his accurate diagnosis, he ordered correct medicines which worked for me. Later...a year or two, something that had not shown up on labs manifested and I had a surgery. I wrote him a letter to update my record with him. He is a fully qualified physician who helped me get through a tough time. I will return to him when needed.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. This doctor NEVER kept my appointment time. They were late even when I was the first of the day and the doctor was clearly there. They regularly put off seeing patients if a pharma rep came in( the whole waiting room would groan upon seeing a rep walk through the door)!
