Dr. Cantrell is very deliberate and to the point. He knows what he is doing and offers the best treatment for you. I was treated for metastatic breast cancer and later for ITP and had a good outcome in both instances. I would recommend him for anyone. I got a second opinion from a doctor at UAB and was told the treatment Dr.Cantrell was offering me would make me too sick and would only increase my survival chances one or two percent. I chose to take the extra one or two percent and am glad I did. I'm now seven years down the road. The staff is friendly and nice and very reassuring. Also the valet parking is a Godsend when you are on chemo.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up which has been a problem for me at other places. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. Dr. Cantrell always remember me and makes me feel very important. I'm so thankful that I was referred to Dr. Cantrell and that I'm now under his care!

My Mother was treated by Dr. Cantrell for over 10 years. I always had confidence that he would do what was best for Mom. He was kind, compassionate, and his staff was excellent. Before going to Dr. Cantrell, we talked with many physicians in the community and they all recommended we go to Dr. Cantrell.

Dr Cantrell answered all of my questions and took the time to address all of my concerns. He was very kind and understanding.
Staff made me feel welcome and was attentive.
