I originally went to Dr. Loo for an eye emergency, his staff worked me into their schedule, even staying late for me! After my eye problem was solved, excellently I might add, my husband and I went to him for our annual eye exam. He is thorough, kind, and explains everything to you.
We both needed glasses and were able to get them right there at his office. The optician was very knowledgable and explained very well what we needed in our glasses and how the choices we made would affect our vision. I'll be honest, I have gone to chain stores and other volume discount places (I won't name them, but you know what I mean) and never has anyone spent so much time, really working with our budget and getting the best possible product for us. I have received so many compliments on my glasses and I can see well! I love this old-fashioned office (in the sense of really caring about the patient), we'll be patients for life!
