They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

Dr. Giegerich has been my foot doc for several years and I've recommended him to co-workers who love him as I do. He doesn't keep you waiting for hours but he gives you all the time you need with him.
A no-nonsense, no-frills Podiatric Surgeon who listens and explains and treats what needs to be treated. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it", is my credo and he is of the same mind.
