This Dr. refused to listen to vital concerns when she was the on-call doctor. Her neglect could have had fatal consequences - this is not an exageration. Concerns were stated to her over and over again and were completely ignored. As it is there are long term health concerns for the mother, and possibly for the child. The birth experience turned into a traumatic nightmare with on-going complications and the need to place the baby in the nic-u for almost a week. This was all completely un needed and only occurred because Dr. Nicholson and her co-workers did not listen or observe the patient. Concerns were stated by the mother, her spouse and the expetant mothers mother ( myself).
