The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I felt comfortable that the medical equipment they used was up-to-date and completely safe. I knew I was in good care.
They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
