Contrary to the reviews I read, I found Dr. Kenneth Sumida to be aloof, not even civil. Instead of helping me, I felt he belittled me. For every question I asked, the answer was to ask my surgeon or my internal medicine MD. I am very senior (almost 90) in age and had just had a massive surgery for colon cancer. I didn't deserve his very disrespectful, aloof attitude. In all my years, I have never had this kind of treatment. He made me feel worse after my 2 visits; so I decided to change doctors. Life is too short to tolerate rudeness. The staff was nice.

He is a very caring doctor who takes time to listen to patients and answers all questions. He is so willing to help to make your treatments easier to handle. I would recommend him to everyone who needs an oncologist.

They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
