I'm very unhappy with my results, but was hoping they would turn out a lot better. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. Also, no follow up. It felt like you need to spend A LOT of money there for them to like you. However there is a really nice nurse called Glenda that was very nice to me.

Dr. Smith does not do anything to correct obvious problems after his surgery. When a facelift is done in one hour, it is not a facelift. A real facelift takes times, not one to two hours. Dr. Smith's office has become an assembly line to keep the bucks rolling into his bank account. He lacks in skill and technique, but will never admit it. His charges are atrocious for what you get and what you are left with is finding a SKILLED doctor to correct his failings. Dr. Smith's facelifts consist of pulling back the surface of the skin, nothing more. A true facelift manipulates the underlying muscles. Smith perpetrates the biggest scam in Denver!
