They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

I've been working with this doctor and facility for 5 yrs and have no complaints. The appointments were all reasonably on time and if they were a little late there was an apology and explanation given. Dr. Tsarwhas is candid and tries to be personable and friendly when dealing with life threatening problems. One should be prepared to hear the medical answers and such in a direct manner. All questions were answered directly. No "beating around the bush" so to speak.
