They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong.
