I was very upset. I got a bill from the lab but never got the results of my test. I HAVE SKIN CANCER AND THEY DIDN'T TELL ME.
It wasn't until I called them (because I got a lab bill with no results) that they told me I have skin cancer.
Any decent Doctor would call and let a person know. They didn't tell me I needed a follow up appointment.
NEVER AGAIN!
