I had an appointment at 10:30. I waited and waited and finally at 11:45 I was told that he was running behind. The receptionist didn't offer an apology and was not very approachable,she was very short and came off almost rude. She told me she didn't know how much longer it would be and just call back if I want to reschedule. This is after I have sat in the lobby for an hour and 15 min. Again, not the least bit apologetic. Unfortunately I had to leave because I had somewhere to be so I didn't get to see Dr. Gibbs

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
