The FHW Urgent Care clinic is staffed with Board Certified physicians and nurse practitioners, 7 days a week, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Our location is also easy to find and access, located just south of the Fruita I-70 ramp and behind the Vietnam War Memorial park. Urgent Care is located next door to the FHW Primary Care clinic, at 401 Kokopelli Blvd, Unit 2, Fruita.
