Laurie McMahon is a family nurse practitioner who loves providing health care to entire families. She takes a special joy in being able to serve everyone from newborns to retirees and beyond.

McMahon was drawn to working with Benson Hospital because of the unique community it serves. She has always wanted to work in a small, close-knit environment that she also calls home; a place where she could see patients who work or live in rural areas. Benson Hospital provides the perfect setting to achieve this goal.

Prior to becoming a provider, McMahon spent 10 years working as a bedside nurse while attending university to become a nurse practitioner.
