Jennifer Lue

Dr. Lue is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Hematology and Oncology, Center for Lymphoid Malignancies, and Hebert Irving Comprehensive Cancer Center here at Columbia University Irving Medical Center.
Dr. Lue obtained her Bachelors of Arts in Biology with Honors from New York University, followed by her Medical Doctorate from the New York University School of Medicine. Following her graduation from medical school, she conducted her residency in Internal Medicine at New York University School of Medicine and completed her Hematology and Medical Oncology fellowship at Columbia University Irving Medical Center.
Dr. Lue is interested in developing novel therapeutics for the treatment of lymphoid malignancies by leveraging her understanding of complex biological pathways driving lymphomagenesis. In turn, she aims to directly translate concepts developed in the laboratory directly into patient care. Her research thus far has led to several awards, including an American Cancer Society of Oncology Young Investigator’s Award, American Society of Hematology Abstract Achievement Award, Herbert Irving Translational Therapeutics Resource Grant, and American Cancer Society Clinician Scientist Development Grant.
