He graduated from UF with his Medical degree and Masters in Business Administration. Subsequently, he relocated to Miami, Florida and completed his Residency at the University of Miami Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center/Jackson Memorial Hospital and was awarded Chief Resident. His work has been published in several peer-reviewed journals. Dr Scott is fluent in both English and Spanish to better serve the Hillsborough County community.
