Hello and welcome! My name is Whitney Tawney and I am a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping those who are struggling with eating disorders and disordered eating.

Recovering from an eating disorder can be extremely difficult. Reaching out to a dietitian for help can be just as scary and intimidating! However, having a dietitian on your treatment team can be very beneficial and helpful.

My job is to collaboratively help you heal your relationship with food and your body. I use a caring, non-diet, individualized approach in my practice. I believe that by working together, I can empower you to find a healthy balance between food and nutrition.
