About
Coverage Service Area: Our Personal Attendants are located in different cities surrounding Orange, LA, San Bernardino, and Riverside Counties. This allows us to provide care to all families located in that area.
Office Staff: We have over 80 years of combined experience in Health Care and are ranked in the top 5% for customer and employee satisfaction through Home Care Pulse. We have also been selected for the 2011 Best of Riverside Award in Home Health Services from the US Commerce Association (USCA).
Team Training: We provide on-going training taught by a Registered Nurse to all of our Personal Attendants through Alta Academy. These classes guarantee our team is the best in the industry.
Follow through: Every family is assigned a Personal Care Manager who is responsible for all aspects of their client’s wellness. With the help of our Client Relations Representative we are able to visit all of our clients’ homes and communicate frequently to track progress and ensure the highest quality of care.
Immediate Care Updates: Our field staff use telephonic/web-based time card technology. This eliminates reporting errors. It also provides up to the minute information, allowing us to know exactly when the attendant arrives or leaves and the services provided.
