Rent is based on 30% of the monthly GROSS income. Included in the rent are 30 channels of satellite television and all utilities except telephone.
Each apartment is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, carpet, and mini-blinds. Residents provide their own furnishings. There is a 24-hour emergency contact system located in the bedroom and bathroom.
