Very poor customer service. 5 years ago I purchased a bipap machine. Tonight it stopped working giving me a error message service required. I called emergency number and spoke to a very nice man named Nick. He drove into the office to try and help me. He called me back and told me the owner Shawn Flannery had said to take my buisness elsewhere. When I questioned the reason it was explained that they had previously had issues with my insurance. Now I had never received any notices or bills from this company. In fact 1 year after purchase my machine feel and was broke and they replaced it no problem. So I can't understand why 5 years later I am told this and left hanging with no machine. Afraid to sleep as my sleep apnea is severe and I take pain medication that represses my urge to breathe. Such poor customer service is unbelievable. Shawn Flannery should learn how to treat customers. We you need them they tell you to go elsewhere for reasons out of your control and in my case knowledge. Take your business and your trust for dependable, reliable service elsewhere. Save yourself trouble
